Battlecry is an event that is open to the public free-of-charge from 9.30am til 6.00pm on both days for the purposes of watching the tournaments and events and purchasing from the cafeteria or any stalls that are there over the weekend. There will be a number of free demo-games going on over the course of the weekend that we would encourage people to take part in, and these are also open to all free-of-charge.
To participate in the main tournaments however, it will be necessary to register and pay for the event, and as a result the participants will be eligible for the prizes relating to that tournament. If you are wishing to take part in any tournament, we would encourage you to pre-register early. The benefit for this will be a reduced cost for entry into the tournament, and will assist us in giving some idea of the numbers and requirements for each tournament.
Overnight Gaming: Battlecry will run over the course of Friday and Saturday night with certain LARP and freeform events being held. Due to reasons of security, attendance to the event during this period will be limited those that have registered and paid for entry.
